Mujahid Hospital’s Expert Physiotherapist and Faisalabad’s Best Consultant & Head of the Physiotherapy Department, Dr. Muqaddas Asif, Conducts a Special and Remarkable Health Awareness Session at the Mobilink Jazz Regional Office
Under the auspices of Mujahid Hospital, the Corporate Department organized a special awareness session on Physiotherapy and Ergonomics at the Mobilink Jazz Regional Office. The chief guest and speaker at the session was Dr. Muqaddas Asif, an expert physiotherapist at Mujahid Hospital and a leading consultant in Faisalabad.

Under the supervision of Irfan Yaseen, Senior Manager Promotions & Development and Head of the Corporate Department, the session was successfully organized. The role of Mujahid Hospital’s Corporate Officer, Asif Raza, was highly commendable in ensuring the success of the Physiotherapy and Ergonomics session and strengthening collaboration between the two organizations.
Asif Raza embraced this initiative not merely as a responsibility but as a mission. From the beginning to the conclusion of the program, he effectively handled the planning and coordination, ensuring that every stage of the event was carried out smoothly and successfully.
During the session, Dr. Muqaddas Asif delivered a detailed presentation using a projector and briefed the employees on several important topics, including:
- ✅ Musculoskeletal Health & Posture Correction: Proper sitting posture and workplace ergonomics.
- ✅ Injury Prevention: Practical measures to prevent workplace-related injuries.
- ✅ Back & Neck Pain: Prevention and management of common problems experienced by office employees.
- ✅ Exercise Demonstrations: Practical demonstrations of various exercises by the hospital’s expert physiotherapist and her team.
During the session, employees actively participated and asked questions, particularly regarding neck and back pain. Dr. Muqaddas Asif and her team provided comprehensive answers and demonstrated practical techniques and exercises to help manage and prevent these problems.
As part of the initiative, free blood sugar tests, blood pressure checks, and weight assessments were also conducted for all Mobilink Jazz employees. Following the awareness session, employees also received free individual medical consultations from Dr. Muqaddas Asif.
At the conclusion of the session, the Jazz management gave Dr. Muqaddas Asif a tour of the gym facility located at their office. They appreciated Mujahid Hospital’s professional efforts and expressed their gratitude for organizing such a valuable health awareness initiative.
The primary objective of this session was to create awareness about physiotherapy and provide employees with practical guidance and training for maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
The Jazz employees who participated in the session highly appreciated Mujahid Hospital’s initiative. They expressed that the dedication and commitment of the hospital’s team clearly demonstrate its determination to provide quality healthcare services. Such initiatives will not only contribute to improving people’s health but will also bring about a positive change in health awareness within society.

سیشن کے دوران ملازمین نے خاص طور پر گردن اور کمر کے درد سے متعلق سوالات پوچھے، جن کے ڈاکٹر مقدس آصف صاحبہ اور اُن کی ٹیم نے جامع جوابات دیے اور مختلف ورزشوں کے عملی طریقے بھی بتائے
موبلنک جاز کے تمام ملازمین کا فری شوگر ٹیسٹ، بلڈ پریشر اور وزن بھی چیک کیا گیا. آگاہی سیشن کے بعد ملازمین نے ڈاکٹر صاحبہ سے انفرادی طور پر مفت طبی مشورے بھی لیے. سیشن کے اختتام پر جاز انتظامیہ نے ڈاکٹر صاحبہ کو آفس میں موجود جم (Gym) کا دورہ بھی کروایا اور مجاہد ہسپتال کی اس پیشہ ورانہ کاوش کو سراہتے ہوئے شکریہ ادا کیا.
