- Mujahid Welfare Council is registered with the Social Welfare Department, Government of Punjab, vide Registration No. DDSW/Faisalabad/84/102, dated 9th May 1984.

- Mujahid Hospital is certified with ISO 9001:2015 for its medical services and treatments.
- The hospital provides free medical check-ups and consultations to poor and deserving patients.
- Eligible patients are also provided with free medicines as part of the hospital’s welfare services.
Free Medical Check-ups
- For the past 11 years, Mujahid Hospital has been operating a Free Sugar Camp Clinic dedicated to serving thousands of patients annually.
- Over 12,000 patients benefit from this service every year, with treatment, medicines, and care provided completely free of charge.
- Additionally, we have launched a Free Epilepsy and Endocrine Clinic, serving over 3,600 patients each year. This clinic alone requires more than 1 million rupees annually to sustain free treatment.
