On the occasion of International Hypertension Day, a seminar was organized at Alkhidmat Mujahid Hospital in collaboration with Alkhidmat Foundation and the Pakistan Islamic Medical Association.
Dr. Naeem Aslam, Cardiologist, and Dr. Shafqat Javed, Executive Director, spoke in detail about the importance of controlling high blood pressure. They emphasized that a balanced diet, a simple and healthy lifestyle, and regular exercise can help protect us from hypertension and many other diseases.
Mr. Anjum Iqbal Butt, President of Mujahid Welfare Council, also addressed the seminar.
A large number of hospital employees from various departments, along with male and female students, attended the seminar.
**مجاہد ہسپتال میں عالمی یومِ ہائپرٹینشن کے موقع پر سیمینار کا انعقاد**
آج انٹرنیشنل ہائپرٹینشن ڈے کے موقع پر مجاہد ہسپتال میں الخدمت فاونڈیشن اور پاکستان اسلامک میڈیکل ایسوسی ایشن کے تعاون سے سیمنار منعقد ہوا۔ جس میں ڈاکٹر نعیم اسلم کارڈیالوجسٹ اور ڈاکٹر شفقت جاوید ایگزیکٹو ڈائریکٹر نے بلڈ پریشر کو کنٹرول کرنے بارے مفصل گفتگو کی۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ متوازن غذا، سادہ زندگی اور ورزش کے ذریعے ہم ہائی بلڈ پریشر سمیت بہت سی بیماریوں سے بچ سکتے ہیں۔ سمینار سے انجم اقبال بٹ صدر مجاہد ویلفیئر کونسل نے بھی خطاب کیا۔ اس موقع پر ہسپتال کے مختلف شعبہ جات کے ملازمین سمیت طلبہ و طالبات کی بڑی تعداد نے شرکت کی۔
